Refunds on activity books if books are not opened and are still in original packaging. Once opened, no refund. The same applies to our activity boxes. Shipping for customer’s account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email, and we will discuss the replacement.
